Has a woman or a member of the LGBTQ+ community ever held the seat you are running for?
If elected, will you support legislative reform pertaining to gender-based and sexual violence in all forms including Intimate Privacy violations, Nonconsensual Pornography (NCP), Nonconsensual Distribution of Intimate Images (NDII), Synthetic NDII (“deepfakes”), and Image-Based Sexual Abuse (IBSA)?
Do you have a personal experience with Intimate Privacy violations, Nonconsensual Pornography (NCP), Nonconsensual Distribution of Intimate Images (NDII), or Image-Based Sexual Abuse (IBSA)?
For federal candidates: Will you support the Stopping Harmful Image Exploitation and Limiting Distribution (SHIELD) Act?
